Description
Washington D.C, 1968, a time of turbulence and grief, poverty and hate. This band of 2,700 protesters lived together near Mirror Lake next to the Lincoln Memorial. The Black Panthers set watch along the outskirts of the city at night. After the bulldozers came, the protesters went home, but the poverty remained, and the event was forgotten.
